General QuestionsQ: What is the Green Sand Movement? A: The Green Sand Movement is a fun guild on Neopets.
Q: What is Neopets? A: Neopets is a Virtual Pets site aimed at a younger audience.
Q: What is a guild? A: A guild is a group of people with similiar interests.
General Guild QuestionsQ: What does this guild do? A: We collect green sand! But mostly, we just have fun.
Q: Do you do anything besides collect green sand? A: Sure! We have lots of fun activities and contests!
Q: Where is the guild store? A: The guild store is located in the downtown area.
Q: Where can I get the guild banners? A: The guild banners/backgrounds are located in the Art Museum, which is in the downtown area.
Q: How do you make your userlookup look different? A: We have a few pre-made userlookups which you can copy into your user preferences to change the look of your userlookup.
Q: My shop is too small to hold all my green sand. What do I do? A: You can store unlimited amounts of sand in your safety deposit box. If you don't want to keep your sand, you can give it to green_sand_guild for one extra raffle ticket per bottle.
Q: Where is your chat? A: Chat? What chat? I don't see any chat. :)
About Green SandQ: Why do you collect green sand? A: Why not? It's just something fun to collect.
Q: Where do I get green sand? A: You can buy it, trade for it, or even get it for free from the money/donation tree. Most green sand you can buy for really cheap!
Q: What do I do with the green sand? A: Most people like to display it in their shop. Plus, the more green sand you have in your shop, the higher your rank in the guild and the better your chances are for winning the weekly drawing.
Q: How much should I price the sand for? A: Anything you want! However, if you do not want anyone to buy it, put it at a higher price.
Q: Can I put the green sand in my trades and have it count for the raffle? A: No. It would take much longer to check everyone's shops and trades, and trades take up inventory space which is limited.
Q: Can I collect anything I want? A: Sure.. just have fun! However, only green sand will count for guild ranks and the raffle
Q: Do other colors of sand count for bottle donations or for raffle entries? A: No. To make it easier to have a huge collection of one color, we only count green sand (glowing sand does not count).
Q: Can I use two accounts for sand in my shop? A: No. Technically, it is against neopets rules to have two accounts in the same guild. Also, to be fair to everyone all your sand must be in one shop.
Q: Can I use a different account to collect sand? A: You can use any account you want, as long as you only use one and it is the one that is in the guild.
Q: Do I need to tell you when I add green sand to my shop? A: No. We check everyone in the guild at least once a week.
Q: When will you check my shop? A: We check at least once on Fridays.

Q: What do I do with Sand Dollars? A: You can exchange them for neopoints at the guild bank or spend them in the guild store.

About RanksQ: How do I get rank upgrades? A: Ranks are based on the number of bottles of green sand you have in your shop.
Q: What are the ranks? A: Grain of Sand: 0-9 bottles Handful of Sand: 10-49 bottles Bucket of Sand: 50-99 bottles Tiki Man: 100-199 bottles Green Desert: 200+ bottles
Q: How often do you update the ranks? A: We update the ranks about once a week.
About DonatingQ: Do I get anything special for donating? A: Not really. You can donate if you want, be we feel we should be giving you the neopoints, not the other way around. However, you can get extra raffle tickets in the weekly drawing by buying sand from green_sand_guild.
Q: Can I donate my sand to you? A: We generally recommend you keep your sand so you can start your own collection of green sand. But if you really want to, you may donate your green sand in exchange for one temporary raffle ticket
Q: Can I donate different color sands? A: No, only green sand counts (no glowing sand).
Differences from Other GuildsQ: Do I get anything special for referring people? A: No. Our guild members refer people only because they really just love the guild.
Q: Why don't you have all the guides all the other guilds have? A: There are lots of guides which have been done and copied by every guild. We could be just like every other guild, but you can probably use Google to search for the guide you need. If you need a guide that doesn't exist anywhere, let green_sand_guild know.
